According to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, after a period of preparation, the new tourist routes on Bai Tu Long Bay now have all the necessary conditions to officially open in March.


To put these itineraries into operation, departments, branches and localities have reviewed and implemented legal procedures; organized many survey teams for domestic and foreign travel businesses to build and promote tourism routes in the Bai Tu Long Bay area.

Tourism businesses have been building tourism programs to Bai Tu Long Bay and connecting Bai Tu Long Bay with Ha Long Bay.

According to the plan, from March to the end of 2025, 10 tourist routes, 7 overnight stays, Bai Tu Long National Park, ecological park, myrtle garden, heritage trees and tours, routes on the islands of Quan Lan, Minh Chau, Ban Sen, Ngoc Vung... will be put into operation.

Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to take the lead in proposing investment in equipping adequate waterway infrastructure, wharves, mooring buoys, signs, overnight accommodations, and ports according to regulations. At the same time, develop investment plans for suitable types of ships, and complete plans to improve the quality of the tourist fleet operating in Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.

The Provincial Tourism Association builds specific tours and routes to promote on mass media, the Provincial Media Center creates promotional clips, maximizes the information infrastructure system, and promotes strongly and widely to domestic and foreign tourists.

The opening of a new tourist route to Bai Tu Long Bay is one of the solutions to contribute to the growth of the tourism and service sector, to increase spending for tourists, extend the length of stay, liberate and exploit the potential for economic development of tourism, and practically contribute to the GRDP growth of over 14% in 2025 as set by Quang Ninh province.

According to a report from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, most recently, the province has attracted a number of high-paying tourist groups (the target customers are billionaires and millionaires) from European and North American markets to visit Bai Tu Long Bay and Ha Long Bay.
